Bettridge Centre Facilities

The centre is fully accessible and has disabled toilet and shower facilities. With easy transport links via the A90 and the bypass, plus free car parking - make life simple for your guests by holding your event at the Bettridge Centre.
Main Hall is licensed to seat 250 people. It accommodates 3 full size badminton courts plus a superb, professionally equipped stage. The hall measures 17.6m x 25.5m and the stage is 17.6m x 4.8m. The height of the hall is 7m. Small Hall is licensed to sit up to 100 people. It accommodates 1 full size wooden floored badminton court, plus seating area and offers a great space for smaller social occasions, theatrical productions, business meetings etc. This hall also has cinema facilities. It measures 16m x 9m, with an additional 3.5m x 9m seating area. The height of the hall is 5m. Lounge and kitchen - we also have an upstairs lounge which is suitable for small functions, up to 50 people, plus kitchen facilities with a small cafe bar area which can also be hired for meetings.. All of this is supported by changing facilities, toilets and showers. SportWe can accommodate many sporting activities within our two halls; including badminton, football, volleyball, netball, archery and Choi Kwang Do.
Many regular clubs, groups and fitness classes for all ages run at the centre - a current list list can be found here. If we don't offer the activity or sport you want, talk to us: we may be able to make arrangements to accommodate. The ArtsWe offer superb theatrical facilities, with a full sized, professionally equipped stage and auditorium seating up to 250 in the Main Hall. We also have a more intimate space in the Small Hall seating up to 120, which is perfect for smaller productions, stand-up comedy and film shows.
We actively support our local thespians, both junior and senior, with the annual village pantomime running for a week in December, courtesy of Centre Stage. We also host the annual Grampian Stage Dance Festival. We also host a number of professional touring productions and film shows with the support of NEAT (North East Arts Touring). Regular user groups include Highland Dancing, Sharon Sorrie's Dance Dimensions, Teeny Tunes pre-school music and Centre Stage. Social and MeetingsThe Bettridge Centre offers a superb range of facilities for meetings, training courses, functions and events of all sizes including parties for children and adults, anniversaries, christenings and wedding receptions.
