The booking forms below detail the costs of hiring the centre and equipment such as bouncy castles etc.

When completing these forms please note:

• Date/time and booking category should be confirmed with centre manager beforehand
• Forms can be filled in manually and posted or hand delivered to the office, or filled in electronically and emailed to [email protected] 
• The booking remains provisional until 50% deposit has been paid, with the remainder being due 2 weeks before the event
• The hirer is responsible for reading and complying with all terms and conditions as listed on booking forms​
